Five Star Mortgage Solutions is a Finance Broker. We interact with our clients to help them clarify their ability to improve their financial situation.

We complete a preliminary assessment of our clients financial position, take into account their requirements and objectives and provide information about loan products available.

We will only recommend "suitable" loan products and we will assist to complete the lender's application form and collect the required documentation and then lodge the application directly with the lender on our clients behalf.

We are not a bank, a mortgage manager or a financial institution that is tied to offering a particular set of mortgage loan products and we have chosen not to have our own suite of mortgage products as we consider this may influence our ability to be unbiased.

Heath Five Pty Ltd trading as Five Star Mortgage Solutions has an Australian Credit Licence (number 387661) and we provide our clients with a Credit Guide as part of our compliance with the National Consumer Credit Protection legislation.

Credit providers generally pay us when a loan settles in recognition that we know their products and policy guidelines and that we market their brand to appropriate clients and process their outsourced lending tasks.
